3 SPRING SMOOTHIES!

Smoothies are an all year long deliciousness! So I thought why not doing a Spring Welcome blend edition.
GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE

- Cup of fresh peach, chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 1Tbsp. flax seeds
- ¼ cup organic oats
- 2-3 tiny slices of fresh peeled ginger
- 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- ½ tbsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Ice

COCOA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

- ½ frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- ½ avocado
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened Rice milk
- 2-3 dates (this works as a natural sweetener)
- ice

GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Half lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- ¾ cup Coconut Water
- 6-7 small Mint leaves
- Honey or brown sugar to taste
- ice

Tip: I like to freeze peaches, bananas and pineapples and add them directly into the blender.
You can always add a measure of your powder protein and drink it as a pre or post workout boost!
