    3 SPRING SMOOTHIES!

    Smoothies are an all year long deliciousness! So I thought why not doing a Spring Welcome blend edition.

     

     

     

    GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE

     

    • Cup of fresh peach, chopped
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1Tbsp. flax seeds
    • ¼ cup organic oats
    • 2-3 tiny slices of fresh peeled ginger
    • 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
    • ½ tbsp. Vanilla extract
    • ¼ tbsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • Ice

     

     

    COCOA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

     

    • ½ frozen banana
    • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
    • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 ½ cup unsweetened Rice milk
    • 2-3 dates (this works as a natural sweetener)
    • ice

     

     

    GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

     

    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
    • 1 cup fresh spinach
    • Half lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
    • ¾ cup Coconut Water
    • 6-7 small Mint leaves
    • Honey or brown sugar to taste
    • ice

     

     

    Tip: I like to freeze peaches, bananas and pineapples and add them directly into the blender.

    You can always add a measure of your powder protein and drink it as a pre or post workout boost!
