Healthy Nutella

How are those New Year's resolutions going? This post maybe help you soothing your sweet tooth.

Did I ever mention I've been on a diet for about three months now? I think I haven't. Well three whole months feel like forever and I'm getting to the point where sometimes for no reason at all, I have the urge to eat something sweet, even though I'm more a salty savor person. Anyways, I'm pretty sure I would have not discovered that Nutella has a yummy smell, if I wasn't so desperate to taste it through my nose.

The Healthy Nutella option will definitely become a go-to recipe if you are watching your weight or you just want to really, I mean, really know what you're eating, and you know, stay on the track of becoming the healthiest version of yourself!

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 grs raw hazelnuts

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 6 tbs agave nectar

  • a pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup milk (any type you like)

  • a splash of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 200°.
2. Roast hazelnuts for 20 minutes and let them cool.
3. Rub them between your hands or use a towel to easily lose the skins.
4. Then blend the nuts in a food processor with all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. This will take about 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Store in a jar up to 10 days!

Enjoy!
