A perfect brunch cocktail!

2 ouncen gin

1 fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 Tbsp of strawberry jam

2. Add in all of the ingredients and shake for 20 seconds

3. The Green Mary

So savory and strong. If you like vodka, you should try this! You'll just love the jalapeño garnish.

1⁄3 cup thinly sliced cucumber

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves

pinch of kosher salt

pinch of ground cumin

pinch of celery seeds

1 ounce vegetable infused vodka (go to the pic link)

1/2 teaspoon green hot sauce (like green tabasco)

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon pickle or olive brine

1 ounce club soda (optional)

1 celery stalk

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, cumin, and celery seeds. Add the infused vodka, green hot sauce, Worcestershire, lime juice, pickle/olive juice, and ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass, top with club soda if you wish, and serve with a celery stalk.

4. Ginger Beer Shandy Floats

A little twist of the classic Lemon Shandy: Ice cream & Ginger Ale.

1 ginger ale

I used an already fruity wheat beer. Like Shock Top or Blue Moon.

I added one big scoop of vanilla ice cream

Get in the link for more details.

5. Lychee Grapefruit Martini

Lychee-vodka explotion in one bite!

4 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

4 oz lychee syrup (from the can)

4 fresh lychees peeled and pitted or alternatively use the canned lychees

8 oz vodka

In a large shaker combine the juice, syrup and the vodka with some ice. Shake until icy cold and pour into coupe glasses. Serve with a wedge of grapefruit and one whole lychee.

6. Blushing Whiskey Sour

It's the girly version of Whiskey Sour!

3 blackberries

2 ounces Simple Lemon Syrup

1 ounce Bushmills Irish Whiskey

Crushed Ice

Add all ingredients to shaker & shake vigorously until blackberries start to break up to give that gorgeous blush color

Strain into glass packed with fresh crushed ice

Garnish with additional blackberries

7. Gin, Jam & Yogurt Cocktail

Two unexpected ingredients: Greek yogurt & Chili jam!

2 oz gin

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 teaspoon Fresno Chili Jam (or similar chili jam)

1 teaspoon Greek Yogurt (2%)

sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, jam and yogurt into a shaker. You might notice that the yogurt will slightly curdle when it mixes with the acid of the lemon juice – feel free to add it last. Don’t worry, when you shake the cocktail everything will mix together nicely.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for a full 10 seconds.

Strain into a highball glass full of cracked ice. Double strain if you’d like to remove the bits of chili from the jam. I thought they added a nice touch, so I single-strained.

Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint

Cheers!
