Weekend is just arround the corner, so timing is perfect to plan some gathering with friends & family to enjoy this simple but not ordinary recipe!
This recipe combines coffee and dessert all at once inspired by the the classic Italian Affogato. The amazing of this recipe comes from the contrast in hot and cold, bitter and sweet.
2-3 generous scoops of high quality Vanilla ice cream or Gelato
1 shot of espresso
1/2 oz. Whiskey
Pour whiskey and shot of hot espresso over the ice cream. Serve inmediatly.
