Smoothies are an all year long deliciousness! So I thought why not doing a Spring Welcome blend edition.
GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE
Cup of fresh peach, chopped
1 frozen banana
1Tbsp. flax seeds
¼ cup organic oats
2-3 tiny slices of fresh peeled ginger
1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
½ tbsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ice
COCOA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
½ frozen banana
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
½ avocado
1 ½ cup unsweetened Rice milk
2-3 dates (this works as a natural sweetener)
ice
GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
1 frozen banana
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach
Half lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
¾ cup Coconut Water
6-7 small Mint leaves
Honey or brown sugar to taste
ice
Tip: I like to freeze peaches, bananas and pineapples and add them directly into the blender.
You can always add a measure of your powder protein and drink it as a pre or post workout boost!
